The projects are designed as a compact and variable configuration in which there is a ROmiLL grinder of any type, a crimper or a crumbler or their combination, even a hammer mill of another manufacturer placed on the cover of a ROmiLL mixer. In this way, the conveying routes can be shortened and spatial demands are minimized which is especially advantageous in rooms with low clearance. The mixer and diminution machines placed on it are positioned on a tensionmetric scale. This enables continuous batching of components under permanent mixing. The mixing accuracy is certified with 1:10 000.
This unit usually forms an integral complex located close to grain bins, soft materials storage bins, feed additives, dispatch supply bins, etc. The design mentioned is ideal for small and mid-capacity plants processing from 800 t to 6,000 t of feed mixtures per year.
The whole system runs in fully automatic way with the operation by means of PC. The operator selects only the recipe, according to which the feed batch is produced.
