Cooperation in Microwave Industry

We offer production, and delivery of complete microwave and electric parts of the third party equipment, or (after a detailed preparation) design of the whole equipment including provision of cooperation.

ROmiLL has carried out
so far mostly individual deliveries of microwave (MW) heating equipment. In the future, however, we would like to provide also standard devices, or their components, on the basis of repeated or series production for a long-term client.

The other part of our offer includes our developmental potential. We have rich experience based on a large number of our own experiments. We would like to valorize this experience as the external providers of solutions.

Our ability to cope with demanding tasks in the research of the interaction of MW field with various materials and in the production of equipment has been proved by the results of about 30 processes we have already solved within the frame of several research projects for Ministry of Industry and Trade and Ministry of Agriculture.

Our company achieved excellent results in applicator design enabling very high temperature homogeneity in the whole volume of processed material, and in measuring of dielectric properties of various materials. Our equipment contain generators of our own development, using 2450 MHz frequency. In the last time we are engaged in ewuipment working on 915 MHz frequency. If the demand arises, we are ready to work also on the systems that use radio frequencies in the 13, 27 and 40 MHz bands.
